Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a shallow dish, combine grated parmesan cheese (1.5 cups) and bread crumbs (1.5 cups).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter (1/4 cup) with garlic powder (1 teaspoon) for the garlic bread.
- Pat the fish fillets (6) dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brush each fish fillet with melted butter (2 tablespoons) and coat evenly with the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic bread slices (6) with the garlic butter mixture (1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon garlic powder) and place on the same or a separate baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the crust is golden brown. If the garlic bread browns too quickly, remove it earlier.
- Serve the baked fish hot with the garlic bread on the side.
