Air Fryer Ranch Crusted Chicken

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts (4) dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine ranch seasoning mix (4 tablespoons) and panko breadcrumbs (1 cup).
  3. Drizzle olive oil (4 tablespoons) over the chicken breasts and rub to coat evenly.
  4. Season the chicken with salt (1 teaspoon) and pepper (1 teaspoon).
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  6. Press the chicken breasts into the ranch-panko mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  7. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring it's not overcrowded.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving.
