- 2 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 limes (1 for juice, 1 for garnish)
- 12 large lettuce leaves
- 3 avocados, sliced or cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Slice chicken breast (2 lbs) into thin strips.
- Slice bell peppers (3) and onion (1 large).
- Juice one lime (reserve the other for garnish).
- Chop avocados (3) into slices or cubes.
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves (12).
- In a bowl, season chicken strips (2 lbs) with cumin (2 tsp), chili powder (2 tsp), salt, and lime juice (from 1 lime). Toss to coat evenly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers (3) and onion (1 large). Sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with peppers and onions. Cook for 1-2 more minutes to heat through.
- Serve the chicken fajita mixture with lettuce leaves (12), avocado (3), sour cream (1 cup), and lime wedges (from remaining lime).
