Cheesy Chicken Tenders with Steamed Carrots
Crispy, cheesy chicken tenders served with lightly steamed carrots.

Instructions
- Shred cheddar cheese (3 cups).
- Slice carrots (3 cups).
- Beat eggs (3 eggs) in a bowl.
- Measure bread crumbs (3 cups) and place in a separate bowl.
- Season chicken tenders (12) with salt (1 teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Dip each chicken tender in beaten eggs (3 eggs), then coat with bread crumbs (3 cups).
- Place coated tenders on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheddar cheese (3 cups).
- Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- While chicken is baking, steam carrots (3 cups) for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Serve chicken tenders with steamed carrots.
