Honey Garlic Chicken with Steamed Rice

Instructions
- Mince garlic (6 cloves).
- Slice green onions (1/4 cup) and set aside for garnish.
- Measure honey (1/2 cup), soy sauce (1/3 cup), and rice vinegar (2 tablespoons).
- Rinse 3 cups uncooked white rice until water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts (3 large) and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic (6 cloves) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey (1/2 cup), soy sauce (1/3 cup), and rice vinegar (2 tablespoons). Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, turning to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes to glaze the chicken.
- Serve chicken over steamed rice, spooning extra sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions (1/4 cup).
